Meet the Board

Tara Tucker

CEO

  • As a Paramedic and Behavioral Health Professional, Tara has been serving people and their families for nearly 29 years. Her experience provides her with the knowledge to better bridge emergency services, public health, social services, and behavioral health in their practices and beliefs. Tara is a change agent in communities and has been instrumental in pulling together agencies to collectively address needs.  She develops innovative solutions that will empower communities by using their existing resources while working through roadblocks and barriers. Currently, Tara serves as the Lead Behavioral Health Community Paramedic with Cape Fear Valley’s Mobile Integrated Health Program.

    Tara lives in NC and has two adult children that are her motivation to make a difference and love on people, even at their worst. 

J. D. Inman

Chairman of the board

  • JD is a long-time resident of Franklin, Tennessee. He and his wife Brittany are the proud parents of four children: Harley, Ruby, Lily, and Henry. JD has worked for many years in homeless and inner-city ministries.

    He has authored several books, both Christian fiction and non-fiction, including Hope Dealer with Jeff Stultz. He and Brittany have begun building a Christian discipleship called The Farm at Bible Grove and own and operate a local real estate and property management firm. They are both active in mentoring and discipling others.

C. Jay Woody Jr.

Chief Operating Officer / Treasurer

  • Jay is a resident of Fayetteville, North Carolina. He is an artist and musician. He and his wife Tammy have been married for almost 30 years and have three wonderful sons: Elijah, Isaac and Jacob. Jay is an Executive pastor at a local church in Fayetteville, Destiny Now.

    As a full time employee of Broken Chains, JC, He oversees the daily operations of the National community.

Sherrie Ribaudo

Secretary

  • Sherrie Ribaudo has 8 years of recovery time and first started with Broken Chains in 2016. As an Arkansas POC she was instrumental in the growth in that area, currently she holds the positions as Secretary of the Board of Directors and National Training Conference Director.

    Sherrie grew up in the biker world and remains a liaison for Broken Chains to the Motorcycle Club (MC) world today. Her passion to show others Jesus, how he restores, breaking chains, and offering freedom, is what motivates her daily.


Lisa Rivera

Member - at Large

  • Lisa has served Broken Chains since 2018, and served along side her late Husband – West Regional Director and Board Member, Roy Rivera. She has served as the National Administrator since 2019, and currently is a Board Member and National Trainer.

    Christ-Centered recovery has been a part of her life for 10 years. Lisa believes Leaders are Learners, as Broken Chains continues to grow and train up warriors for Jesus, Lisa has the same desire, God’s desire to always move onward for HIS GLORY, and work as the Body of Christ.


Karin Paparelli

Legal Advisor

  • A zest for life and genuine love of people are at the heart of all of Karin’s pursuits. Whether advising clients through complicated legal transactions, mobilizing a city to welcome serve the Lord, or equipping budding entrepreneurs with the tools they need to chase their dreams, Karin’s passion is finding creative ways to overcome the obstacles that hinder people at any stage of life.

    As an attorney, Karin serves corporate clients, small business owners, entertainment professionals and entrepreneurs. She is presently a member of the New York, Florida and Tennessee Bars, admitted to the U.S. Court of International Trade in New York and the Federal Court Middle District of Tennessee. She in active in leadership in the American Bar Association (ABA) and serves on the International Law Section’s Leadership Council, and as managing editor of the International Law News a publication of the ABA. She is also an arbitrator for the Financial Regulatory Authority (FINRA) for greater Nashville.

    Before pursuing a career in law, Karin was a regular in the Nashville music scene. As a singer/songwriter, she knows the music industry from the inside out and her songs are still being recorded today. In April 2019, the song You Can Always Come Home, co- written with Nashville songwriter Bill DiLuigi, was nominated for Inspirational Country Song of the Year.
    Karin is also an accomplished author who has been published by the ABA, the Florida Bar, and various international journals. Her book The Trust Tank encourages and equips readers to build stronger alliances with like-minded individuals for business and community projects. Still Building the Kingdom is the newly revised edition of her chronicles in ministry in New York. There are several more titles that can be found through online distribution channels.

    Committed to serving Jesus Christ and her community, Karin serves on multiple non- profit boards. She has also recently accepted the position as co-pastor for 2024 of a church in her hometown that is transitioning from  UMC into a non-denominational congregation. She is the mother of five grown children, three step-children and grandmother to 6 grandchildren. When she takes time off, she enjoys the company of good friends, equestrian adventures, tending a 43-acre hobby farm, traveling with her
    husband, and visiting with her ever-growing family.

Domingo Arambula

Member - at Large

  • Domingo Arambula is the National Celebrate Recovery, social media director.

    He manages all the CR social media content and is responsible for content creation, including promotional posts, summit and training conference media.

    Domingo serves as the Broken Chains International Director. He serves in his local church as the recovery pastor and celebrate recovery ministry leader. He serves his community as a harm reduction specialist, training people in the responsible use of Narcan.
